  7. Written with a selection of menus to do tasks, the Payroll System can handle
  8. weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll, plus random selected
  9. individuals.  The user can have payrolls generated by automatic pay and/or by
  10. positive input of hours worked by employees.  Each employee may have up to 14
  11. voluntary deductions while the system will take 35 deductions plus the
  12. required for withholding takes and Social Security.  The system will handle
  13. tax sheltered retirement plans with record keeping on a maximum of three
  14. different ones.  Labor distribution is available up to 10 different ways on
  15. any one employee.  Fringe benefits are charged to the departments where the
  16. salaries are charged.  The system is organized and programmed to interface
  17. into Edgo Software's accounting system for automatic posting of payroll to
  18. accounting records.  Some of the reports in the system are as follows:
  19. Payroll Journal;  Payroll Check Register;  Monthly Social Security Report;
  20. Data Sheets for each employee;  W-2's;  Retirement Report (determined by your
  21. needs);  Payroll Audit Report;  Deduction Listings;  Payroll History Report.
